Kirameki meaning in Japanese, "sparkling", and Hikari-é, light, AKARI translates these two concepts through these series of luminaires. Thanks to advanced metal treatment technology, Ise Katagami's paper patterns are faithfully reproduced and metallized. This delicate yet solid metal structure, coupled with LED technology, allows the shadows cast on the ground by the Kirameki and Hikari-e to be visible in daylight.
